The case

What was there and what is there now

ProblemA static catalogue: every lead demanded a site visit, and there was nothing built yet to show them.
SolutionA navigable 3D model and a ten-room tour with jumps between them, plus a mortgage simulator with real amortisation. All inside the browser.
Technical decisionGeometry is Draco-compressed and the decoder is served from our own domain. Depending on a third party CDN means your site goes down when theirs does.
TodayVisitors walk the apartment and work out their payment before ever talking to sales.
