Who is responsible for your data

What data we collect

Only what you type into the contact form:

• Name and email, which are required because without them we cannot reply.
• Company and phone, which are optional.
• Your message and the service you are asking about.
• Your IP address and browser, recorded with the submission so we can throttle automated messaging.

What we use them for

Solely to answer your query. We do not use them for advertising, we do not cross-reference them with other sources and we do not build profiles.

Who they are shared with

With nobody. Your data stays on this site’s server and reaches our own mailbox by email. Our hosting and email providers process it out of technical necessity, without accessing it for any other purpose.

How long we keep them

For as long as the query is live and for the time needed to handle any commercial relationship arising from it. You can ask us to delete them sooner.

Your rights

Under Peru’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 29733, you can ask us to access, rectify, cancel or object to the processing of your data. An email to hola@vebracore.com is enough. We will not ask you to justify why.

Cookies

This site uses no tracking cookies and no third-party analytics. The only thing it stores in your browser is the language you chose, so it does not ask again. That value never leaves your device and you can remove it by clearing the site data.
