We organize, automate and improve the processes you already have.

Without replacing what still works. First we understand what you have and what fails; then we tell you what you actually need — even when it is less than you came to buy.

How to start

Starting shouldn't be a hard decision.

The diagnostic is a bounded review of what you already have, delivered within two business days. It produces a document: what we found, what's urgent, what can wait. It's yours whether you hire us or not.

You tell us what breaks

One call. Nothing to prepare.

We review what's there

Within two business days of the call.

We hand you the diagnostic

What we found, what's urgent, what can wait.

The diagnostic has a cost, quoted when you request it and deducted in full from the project if you decide to go ahead. The document is yours either way.

Process

How we work

No endless quoting, no projects blowing past deadline. We ship something usable early and tune it against the real operation.

01

Understand the operation

We look at how you work today: which spreadsheet, which copy-paste, what breaks.

02

A usable prototype

A first module working on your data, not a 40-page document.

03

Validated against your numbers

It has to match the spreadsheet you already use, before going live.

04

Going live

Historical data migration, training and support once it's in use.

Delivered work

Systems in daily use

Five systems in production, used by around a hundred people across several companies. The demos open separately: this page does not load 14 MB unasked.

Real-time automation

Costing engine with business triggers

Multi-company database with role permissions, integrated with SAP and tax documents. A task's cost used to be known three weeks after closing; now it's known the same day.

planner / subtareas
Kanban board of subtasks with five status columns and filters by owner and project. Reconstruction with sample data.

Team coordination

Project planner with board and calendar

Nine modules over the same data. The subtask is the unit: it carries a project, an owner, a priority and a due date, and the calendar merges meetings with what is due without anyone copying it across.

Operations management

End-to-end management for your company

Purchasing, warehouse, sales, collections and accounting in one system. The comparison table builds itself from the quotes on file, and the order cannot be issued without passing its approval.

presupuesto / ejecución
Budget execution map with a distribution ring by category and cards for budget, spend and progress. Reconstruction with sample data.

Budget control

Construction budget map

Cross-checks the approved budget against actual spend, split by category. Progress used to close at month end, when there was no room left to correct; now it is checked when it is needed.

Why Vebra Core

Four things you can check

Validated against your numbers

Before going live, the system has to produce the same result as the spreadsheet you already use.

You talk to who writes the code

No management layer between you and whoever writes the code. What you agree on the call is what gets built.

Peru and the United States

The same delivery standard in both markets.

We tell you what you don't need

If what you have will hold two more years, we say so. Losing a project over that is cheaper than losing a client by overselling.

On-site team

On-site support and engineering to the highest standards

When someone from the team walks into your data centre, what they carry speaks before they do. One ink, anthracite grey, and the mark where it reads.

Technical uniform Textured anthracite fabric, mark embroidered in a single cyan ink.
Field notebook Carbon-fibre style cover. What gets noted on site ends up in the report.
Cryptographic hardware Physical second-factor keys. Access does not travel in a text message.

These are vector representations, not photographs. We would rather say so: a stock photo with a logo pasted on is recognised instantly and costs the very credibility this section exists to give. Once the equipment exists, they get replaced with our own photos.
