About
A development team with real mileage. That is the argument.
Three developers and an accounting team, with sixteen years building systems that are in daily use today. There is no management layer and no salesperson promising what nobody will build: the person you talk to is the one writing the code.
Where the name comes from
VEBRA evokes vértebra — the Spanish for vertebra: the piece that gives the body structure, protection and movement. CORE is the nucleus, the part that cannot fail.
Just as the spine holds the body up and protects the nervous system that runs it, what we build holds up, protects and connects a company’s operation. It is not a decorative figure of speech: it is the criterion we use to decide what to build and what not to. If a piece cannot carry weight, it does not go in.
Why an accounting team inside a development team
Because «validated against your numbers» is not a marketing line: it is a step in the process, and it takes someone who can read a financial statement to run it.
When we build a costing engine integrated with tax documents, the difference between a system a company adopts and one it abandons in three months is almost never in the code. It is in whether the numbers coming out reconcile with the ones the company was already keeping. That is why the accounting team runs that check, not a developer verifying their own arithmetic.
What working with a team like this means for you
- You talk to whoever builds it. What you agree on the call is what gets done, without getting lost in a chain of handovers.
- We do not take on more projects than we can handle. If there is no room, we say so.
- And the honest flip side: we are not the vendor for a thousand-user migration on a three-month deadline. For that you need a consultancy, and we will tell you before you waste time.
Five things we do not negotiate
- SolidityEvery project starts from an architecture meant to last, not to get by.
- PrecisionWe do not improvise diagnoses. We measure, we document, and we put in writing where every number comes from.
- ProtectionSecurity is not a phase at the end: it is a condition from the first diagram.
- Structural adaptabilityLike a spine, what we build flexes as the company grows, without losing its shape.
- Expert proximityAn approachable technical team, not a distant vendor. We explain, we stay with you, and we answer.
Peru and the United States
The team works from Lima, with a partner in the United States. The same delivery standard in both markets, and invoicing from either one.
